The Management Committee of EU-RESOLVE is pleased to announce the opening of second calls for Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs) and Travel Grants for the current Grant Period.
Short-Term Scientific Missions (STSMs)
STSMs support short research visits between institutions participating in the Action to foster collaboration, share methods, and advance the scientific objectives of EU-RESOLVE.
Travel Grants
Travel Grants support the participation of Young Researchers and Innovators (YRI) in meetings, conferences, workshops, and training schools that are relevant to EU-RESOLVE and contribute to its objectives. It is open for all YRIs but participants from Inclusiveness Target Countries (ITC) are preferred.
Key Dates:
- Call opening: 18.05.2026
- Application deadline: 24.06.2026
- Notification of results: within approximately 10 working days after application deadline (tentatively on 8th of July).
- STSMs and conference travels must be completed by: 30.09.2026

Please read carefully the attached STSM and Travel Grant call documents and Grant Awarding User Guide attached and also shared via Teams: 2nd call 2026 . Interested applicants should submit their application via the e-COST platform: https://e-services.cost.eu
Before applying, applicants are strongly encouraged to consult the COST Grant Guidelines.

Before submitting your application in e-COST:
- Revise your documents—do they all have the same dates?
- Have you discussed the relevance of your work to EU-RESOLVE, which work group?
- Have you included a detailed cost estimation?
- Is your requested amount within the maximum allowed?
STSMs
Signed host letter with correct dates.
If the applicant is a PhD candidate, the motivation letter must be signed by the supervisor.
Evaluation
Applications will be evaluated according to the COST Excellence and Inclusiveness Policy. Specific eligibility criteria and funding rules are available in the call documents and COST Grant Guidelines.
