The Greek Scientists Society (GSS) has completed a stakeholder analysis and engagement plan for EU-RESOLVE. The work was carried out by Theo Zacharis, under a Virtual Mobility Grant, with the coordination of Action Chair Prof. Jesmond Dalli applying the GSS-authored From Mapping to Impact framework.
The analysis identified 51 external stakeholders across eight categories, from regulatory agencies and research infrastructures to industry, patient organisations and clinical networks. Each was traced to the Action’s Memorandum of Understanding and scored through eleven complementary instruments, producing a tiered priority ranking: 19 in Tier 1, 26 in Tier 2 and 6 in Tier 3. Nineteen stakeholders were flagged as deliverable-critical, meaning at least one of the Action’s formal deliverables cannot be produced or taken up without them.

The next step is participatory: Working Group leaders, Task Force members and invited stakeholders will each score the same register independently through a collaborative workspace, so that the priorities become the Action’s rather than a single analyst’s.
