Conference: 10th European Workshop on Lipid Mediators
Participation in the 10th European Workshop on Lipid Mediators (10EWLM) in Paris provided an excellent opportunity to present my research and discuss recent advances in lipid mediator biology with leading experts in the field.
I presented a poster on the first cryo-EM structure of 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) in complex with ATP, providing new insights into the structural basis of enzyme regulation. As 5-LOX plays a central role in the biosynthesis of both pro-inflammatory leukotrienes and pro-resolving lipid mediators, understanding its regulation is essential for advancing research on the resolution of inflammation. The conference facilitated valuable scientific discussions, increased the visibility of my work, and strengthened opportunities for future collaborations.
