Wrap up of the 1st EU-RESOLVE Conference and Training School 2026 in Porto, Portugal.
Over three inspiring days, the EU-RESOLVE community brought together researchers, clinicians, industry partners, and early-career scientists from across Europe to discuss one of the most exciting shifts in modern biomedical science: moving from inflammation to resolution.
From outstanding keynote lectures and cutting-edge scientific presentations to interactive workshops, flash talks, poster sessions, and networking opportunities, the conference highlighted the growing impact of resolution-focused research across cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, infectious, respiratory, and fibrotic diseases.
Beyond the science, this meeting strengthened collaborations, fostered new connections, and reinforced our shared mission: advancing the understanding of how the body actively resolves inflammation and translating these discoveries into future therapies.
A heartfelt thank you to all speakers, participants, organizers, and COST colleagues who contributed to making this inaugural conference such a success.
